We will put your listing into the many websites that we provide. Here is a step by step list of what we do for you.

 

MLS: We make sure that all of your properties information is correct; from the dimensions to making the pictures are correct.

GMAIL: Your contact information goes into our GMAIL accounts, so it’s easy to get a hold of you.

TOP PRODUCER: We create your listing and add pictures. It stays in our system which lets us know when your listing is about to expire. It puts it into our IDX Profile, which helps us keep track of Open Houses.

JOYBROWN.NET: This is our professional website. We put the listing information in and it creates a listing which we give a headline. Every other week, we update the “Featured Listings” which show on the home page of the site, just to give it more advertising. We also send out a blog about the listing.

OSA: This is Online Sellers Advantage; if you have an email address, it sends out the recent real estate activity in your area for the week. This email is sent once every week.

POSTCALLS.COM: We add your number into this program, and it sends out Joy’s Information and recent updates.

We claim the listing in Zillow.com and Trulia.com and make sure everything is correct and legit.

Once the pictures are in from being ordered, we create a “Just Listed” Postcard. It goes out to 25 homes that are in your area.

Showingfeedback.com: This program sends you an email giving you a username and password that you use to login and see a survey from an agent that has shown your home. You get this email ONCE. When an agent completes a survey, it will automatically send you an email notifying that a survey has been completed.

Listing to Leads Program: This program will help us post to Craigslist.com and it sends us a QR code that we attach to a flyer and put in a flyer box on the sign in front of your home.

  • We post your listing on Facebook and Twitter. We also do postings when there is an Open House scheduled, even a price reduction!
  • We make sure our clients get Letters every other week. We call these letters Seller Letters. We like to make sure our clients know that we think of them at all times, so we fill these letters with recipes, and just fun tips for around the house.
  • We make sure that we call you every other week just to give updates and make sure you are stress free!
  • We advertise in the Sunday Paper. This goes out EVERY Sunday.
  • When you list with us, we provide a Market Snapshot Report that is sent to your email address. It shows listings in radius to your area, which may have reduced their price or have just been listed.
  • We have a Moving Van that you can borrow for free, just put gas in it.
  • We do Open Houses every Sunday, so when you are ready for your property to have an Open House, get with us and we will schedule it and advertise in all of our websites listed above and in the Sunday Paper.
